Richard Chang on the NBFF
OC Register columnist Richard Chang gives the low-down on the Newport Beach Film Festival.
Some random tidbits from Chang which peaked my own interest:
- The Newport Beach Film Festival really took off in 2005 when it premiered the movie Crash, which in turn went on to win the Oscar for Best Picture.
- Chad Lowe might be in attendance for the premiere of his film Beautiful Ohio.
- Likewise with Michelle Trachtenberg for the same.
